League Structure:
- The league consists of 12 teams. There are no divisions.
- The league is a re-draft league.
- Teams are matched up against each other (head-to-head), and the team whose starters score the greater points total is the winner. Ties are not allowed and are broken by the team whose reserve players have the better score.
- Exact dates for deadlines will be communicated with the Draft Order for each season.
League Bylaws:
- This document is the official bylaws of the league, you are responsible for knowing the rules that govern our league. There is no excuse for not knowing these, and ignorance is not an excuse!
- These bylaws are posted on the league website (http://qap.ucp.mybluehost.me/website_b4074788).
- If you have a change you would like to see, send it to me & I will include it or put it up for a vote.
Money Matters:
- The cost of the league is $175, payable prior to the draft – $125 for current season and $50 to 5 year pot payable at the conclusion of the 2029-2030 season
- Entry Fee is due on Draft Day, if you do not pay on draft day or have a very, very good excuse, you will not be allowed to draft and your team will be assigned from the remainder of the free agent pool randomly by league website. Excuses are decided upon at the sole discretion of the commissioner.

Rosters:
- At all times, you must carry a total of at least 9 players.
- You may have up to 15 players total, 8 active, 7 reserves
- Each player locks at their gametime
- Legal Starting Lineup
- 1 Quarterback
- 2 Runningbacks
- 2 Wide Receivers
- 1 TE
- 1 Flex (RB/WR/TE)
- 1 Team Defense/Special Team
Scoring:
- Head-to-Head, Points Based System.
- Ties go to the team with more points from Reserves.
- Scoring based on total stats each period.

Draft Day Rules:
- There will be a 90 second time limit to each pick. If you do not make your choice within your allotted time limit, the next player may proceed with their selection. The player who missed their pick then has the opportunity to make their choice, otherwise it moves to the next person, etc.
- The draft order will be based on random draw.
- The draft order will be in a snake format: 1, 2, 3…11, 12. 12, 11…2, 1. 1, 2, etc…
- Each team will draft 15 players to fill the spots on their team
- Draft will occur in the live draft room provided by Fantasy site
- Draft will typically be held around week 3 of the preseason
- You MUST draft a legal starting roster as noted above
Transactions:
- Lineup deadline is 5 minutes before each player’s start.
- Owners may set lineups.
- Owners may not make trades post season, or after the trade deadline.
- Add/drops are allowed anytime except during off-season.
- Trades are are allowed and encouraged. Commissioner has veto power in the event funny-business is suspected.
- No trades can be made after the trade deadline of Week 11 of the NFL regular season.
- Free Agents are based on a a $200 FAAB system.
Tiebreakers:
- Game Tiebreakers will be broken by whichever team’s reserve players have the highest score
- Tiebreakers for playoff seeds, etc are as follows: Team Record, Division Record, Head-to-Head, then Team points scored.
Season Length:
- Regular Season is 14 weeks
- Playoffs begin in Week 15 & continue for 3 weeks, the last week being NFL week 17
Miscellaneous:
- Trash Talking is allowed and encouraged! Use the boards on league website.
- League Standings Are calculated by league website
- Weekly Stats Are calculated by league website
- Randomly Drawn Numbers will be generated using: http://www.random.org/sform.html
Teams/Divisions:
- Divisions are randomly assigned following the initial payment deadline.
- Each team’s numerical identifier for random drawings is based on the spot in the rankings they finished the season as.
Playoffs:
- The top 6 are placed in the championship bracket as shown below.
- Champ 1 has the best record.
- The remaining teams are invited to the League Chumpionship, to try to salvage some pride (yea right) out of the season… They are seeded by record and placed in the consolation bracket as follows: (The number in parenthesis indicates their overall regular season finish)
